Not work, no. But I did it frequently at school, I mean like two times a week. By January I was so far behind in everything because my Mum had been ill, and these were the most important exams of my life and would determine when I go university. Someone suggested Modafinil to me, so I ordered some of the internet (off-label use; but they are legal to possess)
They were literally incredible. I took four very essay-based subjects, and we would have god knows how many practice essays for our exams. It felt so weird bashing out a 1000 word essay in 30 minutes (on the laptop ofc) and it being to a high standard. Not only that, but it seemed to increase my confidence as well. I'd actually be putting my hand up and asking questions.
The US Airforce use to give it to its Pilots, and a joint Oxford-Harvard study has confirmed it it is indeed a smart drug, and that it is safe in the short term. I wouldn't like to become reliant on it i(it isn't addictive either), but for a period of six months it was godly and helped me ace my exams by sitting up for 17 hours a day studying

I genuinely believe drugs like this, as well as potentially stronger ones if they are manufactured, really will become more and more prominent in education and the work-force. Whether that is a good thing, well, other people can decide that.
