The college thing came after talking about visiting Harvard and how she did music instead of going to college in Liverpool. It was said lightheartedly, but who knows, maybe she'll go to school again someday. The disappear thing is a variation of something she says every night before SLY as of late, like that her life changed completely after the Brits peformance, and she knows it may seem like she doesn't like how it has because she likes to go quiet for awhile, but it's to surprise people with records that are about a real life, whether people want to believe that or not.
