Rahami was arrested after firing at police officers, wounding at least one.
The report says the wounded officer was wearing a bullet proof vest when he was shot and his injuries are not considered serious.
Rahami, too, was wounded in the incident.

He went to my high-school in NJ a long time ago. Apparently a lot of my older friends that went there are getting interviewed.
