Not really.
Have you even read the books to judge it? It's a deep and complex fantasy novel on the same level as LOTR. A mature fairy tale with multi-dimensional characters who tend to have ulterior motives. It's complete universe with it's own history, geography and different cultures. And unlike all the others in the same genre, it doesn't seperate between the good and the evil, which makes it interesting because you don't know who's the villain and who's the hero.
The fact that all you see is murder and genitalia tells me that you don't really know much about it
