I'm not saying she needs to go solo right away but there's nothing wrong with laying the groundwork. Make sure people outside of her fanbase know who she is, make sure black women know who she is, etc.

They only don't work as 5 because they have too much going on. One girl is always screeching, and another is dancing off beat. They simply do not blend well.
Normani, Lauren and Dinah are the perfect balance. Their vocals will blend, their body types are similar, they have distinct personalities and strengths. It would be much less distracting and the GP could get to know them and actually want to know them.
That's in a perfect world tho. But I'm not confident that they will be mature enough and their management competent enough to mitigate the damage of 2 girls leaving.
Its really sad that they all have to suffer because of Camilla's selfishness.
