I think it's to prevent shout-y spam? If you add a lower case character in there somewhere (even if its shortcode for a smiley) you'll be fine. Or at least thats how it was before?

yeah but even when i write "Perfect Illusion" with only first letters capital, it makes it all lowercase

Tbh why haven't they sent this to Rhythmic and AC?
They gave up on those formats long ago. She usually doesn't really get played much on them. I was surprised at AC they slightly picked up on Tihty but then dropped it once it became up for adds on pop
