If this, No Strings, and Call Whenever (all R&B/Urban leaning songs) actually made the album as well as Voicemail, Big Bad Wolf, and 1000 Hands making the standard, then this album would've been R&B/Pop excellence.

Sensitive, Voicemail, and Big Bad Wolf should've replaced Gonna Get Better, Write On Me, and Squeeze.
Nothing should have been replaced. the Standard should have been 14 tracks, the Deluxe should have been 17 tracks, along with one Japanese bonustrack, to have a solid 18 track album
