Umm. Statistically a Black person will receive harsher sentencing for an attack on a white person, than a white person would for attacking someone black. That's just fact.
A white person may receive a harsher sentence (it certainly happens), but that likelihood of that happening when compared to a POC for committing the same crime is low.
