After lots of speculation from Bandaiders desperate to get their little paws on new Avril Lavigne music, it looks like we have reports that Avril's fourth album is going to be moved back from its previously reported June release date. The album is now expected to be unleashed in July or August of this year! According to the report, "Avril isn't happy with some of the last tracks added to the album and has gone back into the studio to record two new tracks she has written since completing the record in February." We love our little perfectionist!! Presumably Avril is working on the new tracks with Deryck Whibley, which explains why our two favourite Canadians have been spotted together so much recently!

And if Avril released in June along with Christina then RCA would get their biggest sales month in a while.

I've never heard "he's" to mean "he was" :-/
BUT it can mean "he has" as in he's been really nice -> he has been really nice, although that is technically incorrect but a lot of people still say it.
