Make a regular sleep schedule. Go to bed at the same time everyday (or at least the same time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, etc.) and wake up at the same time.
Ask your doctor to check for iron deficiency/anemia and vitamin d deficiency (not a joke!)
Eat healthier and drink more water.
After years of falling asleep in classes and feeling like **** all the time this is what turned things around for me.
TBH though I just read your post and you sound depressed. Please talk to your doctor! They can evaluate your mental health and recommend any future steps you should be taking. Everything I listed above can help with mood, too. Good luck
