I do find it odd that not even the album announcement boosted up PI. But at the same time she's gonna really need to perform this song and get it out there if she wants it to truly do something. And she may just be okay with it riding until the album is out. I find it interesting that the album is coming so close. They have to believe the album is THAT good.

I love that she doesn't care about charts and stuff. But i legit want nothing more than to have her smash so hard with a song in the streaming era. Even if it's just one song on this album.

I feel like the timid start implies they have big plans in the works. Or maybe they're testing the waters to make the plans for the rest of the era. At least radio is being kind thus far this the slip on iTunes. I'm sure the material she came with was solid. She's an artist but she's not stupid. A bit headstrong but she's definitely brilliant.

I still don't understand why she didn't perform this at the VMAs. The song is weak thus why it needs a performance on a big TV show for some legit promo.

Right! I guess it's just not knowing much of anything. Like during the born this way era we knew so many promo spots before they were even close. It was crazy. Now we literally get a pop up surprise all the time which is so interesting to see.

Without knowing, at least people's expectations aren't heightened to a place where nothing she could do could please people. Everyone begged for her to let the music speak for itself and that's what we got. Hopefully she will be seen as more organic In this way. I always felt like people didn't like her more because they felt like she was being shoved down their throats rather than what crazy outfit or thing she said.

James shaded Gaga heavily after her Bowie performance. Like it was borderline insulting. He said her performance was reductive and a ploy to sell Intel products. He went on a rant on his late night show and he literally said "Gaga you are not slick with that commercial of a performance" I was legit so pissed when I watched him say that. It was really really mean. Not to mention a guest in that same episode or an episode later was praising Gaga and he literally shut him down and was doing shady stairs into the camera and rolling his eyes . idk if they have bad history but i've never seen James dislike a singer like he did Gaga

He might do carpool with her just for the sake of views or w/e but idk...as of right now it seems a little unlikely.
