I swear I'm just shocked and a little saddened at the current state of the music industry. It seems like we will keep getting shallow un talented ppl topping the charts and like you said...HE needs to prove himself as a vocalist. HE NEEDS to sing live or stick to producing songs with other vocalists singing the full song. The other artists have proven themselves before. Ariana is a new artist and sang live because she too needs to prove hrself. She had a less then stellar vocal performance and yet she did not blame the VMA's. She blamed herself and joked about how it was not a good idea doing cardio right before she sang. That's how you learn. If you come in thinking it's never your fault you will never learn and improve!
