Even Tim Gunn in an interview recently said Ashley's clothes were hideous & that a judge voted for her to win to represent diversity

I haven't watched any seasons since Lifetime but for me it's Leanne because she's not Korto.

All the winners are tragic bar that Australian twink who based his collection on that Cesar salad story or something

One judge told me that she was ‘voting for the symbol” and that these were clothes for a certain population.’ I said they should be clothes all women want to wear. I wouldn’t dream of letting any woman, whether she’s a size 6 or a 16, wear them. A nod toward inclusiveness is not enough.”

LOL .. I think Christian Siriano is probably .. IMO .. the only one that deserved to actually win.

Ashley's **** was a ****ing mess .. just because she use plus size women everyone was like OMG what a trendsetter ... so tacky.

I'm not sure about Tims comments but my criticism to Ashley is how basic the aesthetic is tbh

I'm surprised he won as well. Like the dresses were nice but the white girl who made her own accessories should've won (even though she was super annoying)

Ashley's were hideous but Tim Gunn is a messT for that.

kelly was miles better than ashley though let's not try it. her collection> ashley's . even the judges know this ashley's pity victory will haunt them in their sleep!


sean was okay but a one trick pony imo he relied too much on fringe fringe this fringe that lol also kind of like a lowrent calvin klein aesthetic wise

Ashley is even worse in hindsight. Gretchen was bad too.

My favorites are Jay, Christian, Leanne, Seth Aaron, Michelle, and Dom.

I've only watched 2 seasons but I was absolutely disgusted by Ashley's win. Her collection was basic off the rack, and wasn't even flattering.

And she got really annoying towards the end. She sounded quite snotty.

Ashley clothes were cute. Her point was to try to give plus sized women the same "sexy and trendy" outfits that the other girls get.
Also the other 2 finalists sucked.

Ok but at least their clothes didn't fall apart of the runway.

i mean she literally just glued those ugly ass flowers on her finale piece lace flowers and pastels? groundbreaking. also you can give plus sized sexy trendy cute outfits but care for fit, proportions & not look sloppy.


edmond was awful idk how he managed to go to the finale
candice has her moments but her finale was meh & too hot topic

kelly was the clear winner of that season.

Edmond was extremely talented, how could you not know? Don't your remember his paper wedding dress.
He has a weird taste level which stems from the fact that his brand is sexy, and he is a man making clothes for women.

But yeh Kelly was definitely the real winner. She was the only one who made a coherent and original collection

Kelly had the best story and I was rooting for her and wanted her to win but let's face it, her collection was tacky and cheap.
Overall it was a very weak finale. They were all bad. At least giving it to Ashley (whom I dislike) had a redeeming value for the show
