The weatherman basically told the guy (holding the umbrella) he didn't need his "service" right now, but maybe later and then the woman said that, "What else is he holding for you?" implying an innuendo with his pen-is, because he said "later" making it gay.

But we all know he was talking about the umbrella and not getting wet.

Oh. I had to google what she said after sandwhich. I thought she was trying to say pom pom's, but it is actually "Palm Fronds."

Basically she's saying their at a gay resort while he's holding a leave plant over his head, while holding his sandwich and feeding him grapes...
