Sorry but I don't think you can become a lesbian. I was under the impression that she was attracted to men and dating men before so if she likes women now then she is bisexual. I believe that bisexuals can shift their attractions to each gender for certain periods of time but I don't think it's accurate for a lesbian to have been attracted to men in the past. Tbh she doesn't really need to label her sexuality if it is flexible like this.
