thanks everyone ! I'm doing a hot oil treatment rn with a mix of castor and coconut oil, and I just went out and bought some Biotin tablets which apparently help tons!

I cancelled my peppermint oil order bc I didn't see a point in it anymore lel

one part basically depends on one measurement you're using
like ounces or cups

lets say i'm mixing vodka and something else

1 1/2 part vodka
1 part juice

1 1/2 could mean 1 1/2 cup
and 1 part juice is 1 cup

just replace the "part" with either ounces, cups, etc.

Be careful with the Biotin. Acne breakouts are pretty common, ranging from mild to cystic, when you take it. I don't think it's worth it, I barely saw any hair growth when using it and many other people had the same experience. Castor oil + coconut oil + Vit E oil is the way to go imo.

If you do decide to take biotin make sure you're drinking A LOT of water throught out the day.
