There's not a single arab country that Israel don't recognize it exists (Palestine is not a country yet, but we won't ignore it or say it doesn't exists when it will be)
The marriage part is true though, marrying the one you love in Israel is impossible if you're not a straight jewish couple.
However, you can marry abroad (even gay couples) and Israel will recognize you as a married couple.
It's not an ideal situation and there are parties who are trying to change it so we could get marry in Israel, but we won't ever, ever take someone's citizenship just because he married an Arab person
