I would hope not, but I wouldn't be surprised. It still has virtually no radio support and while sales have increased a bit and Spotify has increased a lot, YouTube is down by a lot.
There's no need to worry though because Ariana is promoting this thankfully and the radio adds will come (which will also help sales and streaming).

This should pass The Greatest and Perfect Illusion sometime tomorrow! It's definitely already #5 with both versions, but it'll be nice when this gets top 4 exposure!
