The Xtra Factor used to get 600k for audition weeks and 800k+ for live weeks. It'll pick up as the season goes.

You need to remember the show is currently scheduled against Casualty and Jonathan Ross on Saturdays and Poldark and Victoria on Sundays. It's doing pretty well.

ATRL needs to understand what "flop" means. There are no illusions - The X Factor is still a ratings success.

But The Voice is coming and ITV might poach more BBC shows. If The Voice can match XF's numbers on ITV after Christmas then there's no question about ITV moving The Voice to XF's September - December slot and either axing XF or having it start after January.

One of the most watched shows in the UK after that many seasons??? SLAY. Truly iconic. Huge ratings success still in an age where recording a show and streaming are at an all time high. That is HUGE.
