It shouldn't be out tonight, you have to remember that the general public probably don't know about it right now.
Next week however, it will have stacked up the airplay and there will be lots of hype so I think it should be released then. That would use the one week of airplay formula which songs like Womanizer & MLWSWY used to get their huge jumps on the Hot 100.

is a very ****ty song but is ok for her this sounds fits her better! and well obviously I prefer her more than the other artist with this kind off music such as gaga, kesha, britney etc...
only bad decision so far, imo.
