If Hillary was to drop out, Tim Kaine would get the spot and his VP would Elizabeth Warren.

Tim Kaine has more governing experience than Warren. And Kaine has already established himself as the Dad of the Country. Trump would have no chance.

And you know no establishment would vote in Warren. Biden would jump in before then.

That's why I suggested Biden afterwards.

Though he is 73.

I think it's so funny how we're using this age thing these days.

Reagan was fine. McCain would've been fine. Hillary, Bernie, and Trump are all old.

You can't really say how McCain would have been. Being President is a lot more stressful than being a senator. And some say Reagan was showing signs of Alzheimer's while he was President (though some discredit that).

The rest haven't been tested. I personally think they'd be fine (Bernie and Biden have always come off as very healthy for their ages) but it is still a big risk to take at that age.

Could you imagine if Hillary did drop out (lbr, she won't - she'll have to literally die before that happens)? Being this close to having a woman president and then having it taken away in the home stretch?

edit: Can Hillary even be taken off the ballot at this point because of ballot access laws, etc? If something were to happen to her, wouldn't they just go by the line of succession after the election?
