Uptown Funk is very consistent with his biggest songs. Rehab, You Know That I'm no Good, etc. It just proved he could use his sound in more commercial music.

I don't want to get involved in the utterly stupid RedOne vs. Mark Ronson argument but, to the people that insist RedOne won't be on the album because his current work is generic/bad/stupid etc. He was producing generic hits for other artists while also making art with Gaga. At the same time. His Usher, Nicki and JLO productions and Gaga productions were released as singles almost simultaneously back in 2009-11. You should have enough faith in your fave to know the quality of her work is not dependent on the producers she works with. The sound and composition of her work is not solely influenced by it's producers.
