Just be happy that Gaga actually played it risky with a lead single as very very few people are doing that these days.
It's normal that this won't go the easy way, she comes from an underperforming era for her standards, just because she has repaired her image doesn't mean this will all be an instant success.
Either way, I'm just happy that she's finally back.

i think it will be really raw with lots of real instruments, like an english indie album, im so here for that im tired of tropical house and generic songs a la closer

Oddly enough I'm not worried like I was with Applause.
Radio adds are on Monday and the AHS premiere on Wednesday should also boost sales a bit. Then hoping video comes out on Friday for that extra boost and further promo just to help it stabilize.
If it flops, oh well, at least we got a genuinely amazing song!
What fanbase is there to fall apart?
Plenty US fans bought multiple copies and gifted them to everybody and that probably still won't help the song get past 110k copies.
The fanbase really fell apart during the ARTPOP era.
