Obviously the pop girls still have the biggest fanbases and have actual fans who attend their tours but charts wise all of the pop girls have been putting out just ok numbers...this is explained by the decline in sales climate but what about the other random artists doing similar numbers to them weekly?

When you put effort you still sell, Rihanna and Beyoncé prove it. Katy Perry's Rise is bad, Gaga's PI is bad, Make Me isn't a smash hit quality song but was decent, but Brit is putting next to 0 effort into her performances, and video.

And the new generations of pop girls have 0 star power, charisma, and stage presence which contributes to the loss of overall interest into pop. We need a new Britney, or a new Beyoncé or a new Gaga someone who will shake up the industry like those 3 did in their time.
