Yes, of course. Lungs got me totally hooked years ago (their debut, since this is a band - its called Florence + the Machine, Florence Welch is the singer). It's a really great album. I strongly recommend in no particular order: Drumming Song, Howl, Cosmic Love, Rabbit Heart and Blinding.
Ceremonials is etherial. There is a lot of harp strings all over the album. You should listen to: Only if for a Night, What the Water Gave Me, Never Let Me Go, Seven Devils, No Light, No Light and Leave My Body. (you can actually skip SD because its a really strange record although is my favourite)
HBHBHB is their latets effort and the whole album is a bliss. I strongly recommend it. Queen of Peace is the best song released ever. Ship to Wreck and What Kind of Man are rock driven and they are really addictive.
