What's so disturbing about those pictures, the parents are passed out not dead. Anyway I hope this child gets placed with a family that will take care of him properly, he should not under any circumstances go back to these people.
I hope that child can grow up knowing they are valuable and that their parents' choices and issues don't mean that they shouldn't feel cherished and know what potential they have to do so much in life.
I hope those parents find peace in whatever is making them choose their vices over their child.
They need to give these parents the same sentence length they give crack cocaine users, and make them enroll in some type of drug program while incarcerated. I feel bad for the child, but the parents needs to be in jail, and he needs a better environment.
Lock them up and take the baby away
