Nothing They are just humans and they just need to rest. They have been on tour from Feb 2015 to Feb 2016 with mostly 1 day breaks between dates, did a **** tone of promotion for Work From Home and again went on tour in June with mostly no break between dates.

And people are later surprised that singers go into drugs or alcohols. The girls didn't have a real break for about 1,5 year and are under huge media pressure. They need a big break.
