Lol, excuse you, I listen to all sorts of different genres. PI was described as rock, which is why I mentioned it.

I'll admit when I first heard it was 'rock' ish. I was disappointed, and I also admit I'm the type of person who likes tropical, house music etc... But I love this song so much, it's been on repeat ever since it came out, it's so powerful, it's polarizing but that's why I love it. I'm not a Stan who cares too much about sales, hence why I wasn't too bothered about the Katy v Gaga thing. At the end of the day an artist should make music they want to make, who cares how it does on the charts tbh. It's music, it's so diverse and an artist shouldn't have to follow the trend to be popular.

Important? Maybe in Germany/Australia, but iTunes is completely irrelevant in Norway, you can stay all week #1 there and not debut on the official chart if you don't have any streaming. Same for Sweden and a lot of other countries in Europe. New Zealand chart is mainly based on streaming too.

Btw this still going strong in the US, I wonder what % Closer will have at the end of the day.
