There are a lot of bluetooth earbuds in the market of all shapes and sizes. 'm not even sure if the best ones are wireless. Most peope I know uses one that has a platform for ears and wires.
Most people don't even read the manual. You are naive if you think the other way.
I mean these could've been basically solved if it had a hole in the earbuds so you could tie it with a customized thread or something like that so you don't just lose it a $159 device and avoid choking fears.
I'm not really sure why you are downplaying the design choice as some kind of safety hazard cause it is.
