Same. This will be my fifth time voting for a President. I have honestly never been more disgusted and down on the rationality and intelligence of the American people as I have been this election.

Also, that hatchet job from Lauer was the best thing that could have happened to Hillary. Now the fact that Trump has been treated with kid gloves is a talking point in the MSM, and people will be watching for it carefully in the first debate.

The debates, where Trump will not have a teleprompter to read from, will be lit. If she exposes him for his lack of knowledge and breadth on any subject she will sink his career quick. A second debate may not even happen

What people don't realize is that Trump has been able to skirt by through the debates and everything else up until this point because no one has challenged him that much on his complete and utter lack of knowledge on anything. During the debates, he could comment on his penis to grab attention and then hide behind the other candidates to hide the fact he doesn't know anything. Now, he is going up against (one-on-one) with the biggest policy geek in modern political history. Hillary Clinton is not just intelligent, she is terrifyingly intelligent and it's going to show. Hillary will drill him and expose him for this.

He's not going to be able to escape addressing policy when he has to combat Hillary on a stage alone. She will end him on the debate stage. Just 18 more days.

I feel like every white guy I know, except SOME gays, are voting Trump. Don't think Americans are gonna change their opinions based on debates, minds are made on someone like Hillary

It's not about convincing his supporters. It's about convincing the undecided (and there's a lot left) and getting votes from 3rd parties who would vote for her if the threat of a Trump presidency is real.

The minute we normalize his behavior and plans, the minute he wins. She's winning, but by how much counts. The more mobilized voters, the better chance of winning Congress.

Trump better get used to the free passes because soon he'll have to deal with Megyn Kellys instead of Matt Lauers.

Oh wow, I'm the same way. I'm not mad at her for being about her business. If she was aloof like Sarah Palin, they would drag her. Look how they treat Michelle, she can't even show her shoulders without people getting in their feelings. That's merely anecdotal, but I can understand how you arrived at that opinion especially if you live in the South or Midwest. I have to remind myself that not all white people are Trump supporters as well because his supporters are so vocal in this part of the country. But a lot of well-educated white people I know that are not gay see right through the utter stupidity of Trump as a candidate for our nation's highest office and will vote for either Clinton or Johnson.

There will likely be a disparity between white voters in urban areas and those in rural and exurban areas. I also expect the suburban areas to be purple in major metros with a well-educated populace.

As he should be. I would never vote for him because of his economic policies, but he's the second most competent candidate at the moment. Not knowing what Aleppo is a disaster for a Presidential candidate at this juncture.

I could understand why some people say not every American knows about it, and that's true. but not any American is running for political office. We don't need stupid people like him or Trump running the show (or the soon to be felon Jill Stein)

Clinton isn't perfect but despite her numerous flaws I'd rather have someone like her in the seat than a complete jackass . A bit harsh maybe but true
