Um what? Everybody's accusations are subject to question especially when there are two conflicting stories.Nobody has the right to have their story taken as a fact without evidence regardless of their skin colour or anything else.
I have no problems believing this happened since racial profiling is sadly still rampant in society.
We can't know what really happened without video footage tho.

Why do people talk about social justice issues in such a clinical, robotic way like this.
"Accusation". "In a court of law". She's not filing a police report, she's venting her ****ing feelings.
It was a microaggression. She felt uneasy about it and it probably bothered her to have to live with the fact that she could be ****ing royalty and someone might still look down at her for the shade her skin naturally is and she really has no way of knowing as a black person who is who because racism is so ingrained. And so she vented on her own snapchat.
ATRLers demand 15 pieces of evidence, unbiased witness statements, and security camera footage if someone says they feel something was racially aggressive, but cry homophobia at people talking about white twinks being problematic and rude.

Because apparently she was entitled to bend this stores' rule, and called it racism when the manager refused to bend the rules, even though they finally did at the end ?

The word you are looking for is objective.
In a situation like this where you have no concrete evidence other than two conflicting stories it is logical to stay impartial.

See, again.
You don't have to be impartial. No one is asking anything of you. You're not involved. You don't get a say. Your opinion is not needed nor is it relevant. You're not on ****ing jury duty.
A black woman felt she dealt with racist microaggressions. She ranted about it. She expressed herself about an incident not involving you. You don't have to say a damn thing. And cheers to her for not whooping the person's ass and being the bigger person. Case opened and closed.

So you're willing to completely ignore the employee/manager version because they're white ?

Did Zendaya take legal action against the store?
Did she name and defame the employee by name?
Did she try to film and document someone and make an accusation on them?
If not, why is their side needed?
A black woman vented to her snapchat story like most people do about an incident. Do you interrogate your friends if they ever feel a fast food worker was rude and ask them for evidence to justify their observation and feeling?
Y'all are just hating on minorities for having feelings at this point if this upsets you. Y'all don't even wanna let oppressed people discusse their feelings. People can't even feel and have experiences without being seen as aggressive accusers. Y'all really ain't ****.

How is it racist if every customer besides Zenday are subject to the rules?

Ops, this tea
Why do you have to make everything about race all the time?
I could be, but also maybe the employee just saw a 18 year old girl wanting to spend 400$ in gift cards and since no one knows her as a celebrity, she thought she was a fraud.

Wow, way to overreact
She did defame the employee saying they were being racist not just rude, which is why I think it's important to have the employee's version since it is kind of a serious accusation to make. I'm not hating on anyone sis

You can't defame a person if you don't ever name them.
Look up how the law actually works. Christ.

"The plaintiff must be able to prove that the words identify him as the person defamed. It is not necessary that he should have been specifically named. If he can show the court that a reasonable person would take the words to refer to him, he will probably have a good case."
"She", "Vons", not enough, that is true. Although, you clearly can defame a person without naming them, I'd hope you'd look up the law yourself before being so pretentious, it's a shame you did not. Christ.
"Although we usually think of "person" as an individual, it is possible to defame a group. Although the law varies from country to country, generally any group which has a legal identity - such as a company, a council or a trade union - can sue for defamation if you have harmed their business."
"Vons", "Racist".

Except what I said is what you just repeated.
She did not name the employee. She also didn't even name or hint at the store location or what she looked like, so yes, you can't defame someone without naming them, especially if you're not going to even ****ing describe them.
Also, she didn't defame the company. That would be more in-line with accusing the company of having racist hiring practices. The company =/= its employees as legal entities go. Hopefully you're not planning on suing anyone anytime soon cause the time of others you'd waste, Christ.
Spend less time googling and misinterpreting law and put more time towards RESPECTFULLY listening to black people speak about racism they face.

Yes you can, sorry. You're even explaining how it'd be possible right after Are you saying non sense on purpose ?
To defame a company you "only" need to make a false statement that is likely to harm the company's business. Saying a employee at Vons is racist can harm their business.
Anyway, my only point was that I didn't understand how you were ok to take Zendaya's words for granted and not take into account the employee/Vons version of the incident. But now I think I do
