I am only taking 3 uni courses this semester and only going to uni 3 days a week. (4 and a half hours on monday, 1 and a half hours on Wednesday and 3 hours on Saturday) yet I am so nervous and anxious about it. To top it all off I have 2 profs that have amazing ratings online and 1 prof who is a new prof so no review on her profile and because of that I am stressing out. I have always had academic anxiety but I cannot shake it off...like it eats me up alive. by the time the semester is over I loose so much weight and look exhausted

So i really need advice and tips on ways to ease this academic anxiety. I do not have anxiety in anything else. It's like all concentrated on school.
