She's just the main writer on every song in her discography, Greg Wells just dragged people who said she didn't write her music or have creative control with a twitlong and she's only written for Kelly Clarkson, Selena Gomez, Britney Spears, Ashley Tisdale, Nicki Minaj/Ariana Grande, Jessie James, Iggy Azalea, etc but yeah she doesn't write anything zomg drag

Her hooks are consistently strong but lyrically, her songs have been hit or miss since Teenage Dream. I think she's at her best when she writes alone or with just 1 other person (not named Bonnie McKee).

I love her songs but I always have ignore the lyrics
She makes really catchy and great songs but from teenage dream and prism I only found one song as good lyrically. Just my opinion though

Out of 10, I would give her the number equivalent to her Grammy win total.

I don't have any idea how much of it is her and how much of it is her team, but I've never heard anything really profound from her in terms of lyrics. The melodies are pretty great though.
+ every pop star has a cheesy lyric or two, but it's almost a 1:1 ratio for clichés or cheese in a KP song.

she's not. I guess you confused by her being first name in her album booklet.
but name order means nothing as there's no such official rule as main writer comes first and others(songwriter database) has different orders.
the actual percentage of publishing is important as people contribute to the song get the most.
for prism album, this is her publishing percentage.

when she has 50% or over, it's written by her (producer usually takes 50%)

I'm not sure how much output she has on her songs because I don't know what are her solo written songs but usually her lyrics are 6/10.
