Little by little, Perry’s forthcoming album – a followup to 2013’s Prism – is coming along. She won’t give a heads up when Katy Kats can expect to hear her new tunes, but it might not be until 2017 as Perry is currently “deep in the writing process,” but it appears she made major headway over Labor Day weekend. The “Rise” singer clued fans in with a cryptic Tweet that we believe means she either found her lead single, or recorded a song that’ll definitely land on the record.
