You're supposed to talk your feelings out and that person is supposed to listen. Literally the kids/people down in Fort Worth are ignorant and dumb as ****, so of course I don't want to talk to them.

My perception of these sessions is that it's very one-sided, you'll be talking and relieving yourself of your mindset yet not actually resolving those issues so that you don't or even feel less like that again
Edit: You'll go home, feel depressed again, talk to said therapist, back home.. feel ok and the problems haven't been resolved. You're still going to feel low moods. If the person isn't helping you manage it (I think it's called CBT which is free in the UK) then the person is getting paid for nothing, just to see you again.
