Sorry Luke but you need to lower your expectations. She's never gonna deliver an album or as much as a song as good as anything on Sorry I'm Late again without a good label backing her. Most of the producers and songwriters working on that album are so hot these days, they'd never work with Cher again unfortunately.

In fact I'm looking back at Sorry I'm Late's credits right now and I never realised just what kind of superstar team she had for that record. Max Martin, Shellback, Savan Kotecha, Ilya, Benny Blanco, Tove Lo and The Struts, Ina Wroldsen, Rami Yacoub and Carl Falk... and this was back in 2012-2013 that she worked with these people, and they're the ones currently slaying the industry in songwriting and producing. She was so lucky/ahead of the curve.

I'm here for Urban Cher, but i'm also here for Pop Cher. As long as the music is good that's all that matters.

Genuinely think it sounds different to the demo and official version. She had to push for it to be on S&S so I bet she's redoing it for her new album seeing as she had full control. Maybe a decent feature this time round! That snippet sounds miles better than the actual released track anyway

Same here! If she got the right feature on it it could probably blow! Loaded Gun is fab! Still wish I had heard Blank Pages! If it was anything like love me for me then she could have really changed opinions on her. I still say she releases love me for me and watch the public bow down to the queen
