In relation to the emails, you can't pay me to believe that Hillary was using her personal email to conduct government business for all 6 years of her time as Sec Of State only to now after she is running for president be told that it's this big problem. The FBI and everyone else knew [email protected] wasn't a government email address when they read her emails for 6 years. The reason they didn't say anything when it happened is because it wasn't a issue for them then and it isn't one now....despite classified information maybe being at risk.

Director Comey also blatantly admitted that she broke the rules but he decided against prosecuting her essentially because of who she is, when they announced the results of her inquiry a couple months ago. She broke rules of which she was certainly aware and there is numerous documentation of her and her aides being told not to do what she and they did, yet they continued. The only reason she is disliked is because she has proven to be as much a flip-flopper as is Donald.

In supporting her through this, do you also support people like Snowden, Drake, Manning, etc. who were prosecuted and had their lives ruined for being whistleblowers and exposing USA govt misdeeds? The information that these people revealed to the public served a public good, whereas the information she risked (and some was compromised) would only have caused irreparable harm especially given her position as Secretary of State.

Trump's base isn't typical republicans though and he's shown to have a ceiling of around 39%. The only reason why it's close right now is because Hillary's numbers keep going down. But Trump's have stalled.

Firstly, the rules weren't even in place until after Clinton was already secretary of state. Secondly, the FBI classified information after the fact.

Thirdly, the federal government (FBI and CIA) has been hacked multiple times even the FBI deputy director himself had his email hacked whereas Hillary has not had her private email hacked.

As someone who thinks more transparency is better, I support Snowden, Drake, Manning and others who exposed the federal government and military misdeeds to the public.

But white voters tend to actually vote. Young adults and minorities tend to not vote. If the trend in political participation continues, Trump has a strong chance of winning. Same reason why Bernie lost, he had a lot of young adults as his support. They were all talk, but when it comes time to show results they flake.
