To me it seems as if he's saying it's easy to avoid attention unless you're a Kardashian cause they're so huge.
I actually don't disagree with what he said, it's just the way he said it came off really arrogant and weird.
He's hot but if he's not happy about his career why wouldn't he just quit and do something more meaningful to him instead of trashing the actors. I mean he has the money to go back to medical school. He seems frustrated, it's not like he's a Joaquin Phoenix or something
