He had his time but he's bothered by Birdman because he signed deals/papers when he was high and people thought that this was blocking his creativity (the lawsuit and young money dealings)

When you are a legend and have nothing to prove don't do too much. It's at your leisure. Stay healthy so that your kids can see you around in your 50s and 60s
maybe its about his medical condition that he caused himself for abusing drugs aka lean 
that's why he keeps getting seizures cant feel bad about that tbh. But it could be about his recording contract issues... its like another kasha situation with Birdman
