- Sleeping pills(?)
- Try to stay up all night + possibly through half of the day (so until like 6pm or so). Then hopefully you'll be incredibly tired, sleep at a relatively normal time, and wake up early as well.
- ^ If you struggle at doing this, you can maybe nap 1-2 times during the process.
- As someone above said, m-bating is actually a good tip.

My eyes usually immediately get heavy after that.
