But a peak doesn't mean anything. Several No 1 songs don't have impact and are forgotten when some Top 30 songs are still hits and iconic. A peak position means nothing.

It's a promo single.
It's not attached to an album, so it has an advantage over singles which are cannibalised by album sales.
