I don't know why they are re-releasing it either tbh. It got a decent amount of airplay at the time and I recall seeing the video a few time on TV. I guess they think it will do better now following the singles with Katy and Ke$ha.

I'd imagine it would be mid-June. Telephone was only officially released last week, usually there is at least 3 months between single releases. Of course there are exceptions, but I'd imagine they will release it then seeing as Telephone is likely to remain Top Ten for the next few weeks.
