Ask your country to reduce the number of immigrants if you think it's unfair. I think the right wing is rising in the West anyway, so you can join them to make it.

LEGAL immigration is very fair. The rest well, not so much. Literally storming in without papers or any true justification is unfair, very unfair to the citizens who are forced the welcome the mess.

Most developed countries (such as my own) have extremely tough immigration policies already that only grant citizenship to people in areas of low demand work. This ensures "competition" for jobs is practically non-existent as they're filling skill gaps a country can't fill themselves.

Then there's the financial benefits. In New Zealand the average citizen contributes (with taxes and healthcare, welfare, etc. all considered) $900 to the government annually. The average immigrant contributes over double that and migrants from the UK quadruple that. Countries are only letting people who are skilled stay long term (contrary to popular belief) and they aren't costing countries that allow them. In fact, tightening immigration further will be far more costly.
