I almost got ran over 10 minutes ago while on the crosswalk. If I hadn't jumped back, I would've been laying in the middle of the road.

Thank God I'm okay, but I'm shaking.

Has anyone ever experienced anything similar?

All of my near death experiences have been from walking in a crosswalk or driving. I hate both

I was driving really fast because the road was empty and i had to be somewhere but i lost control of my car and was really close to getting destroyed by hitting the barriers on the left side of the road. Still can't forget that. I stopped my car and light up a cigarette, i was shaking and called someone to drive me home.

When I was a kid a super fast motorcycle hit me.

When I was young I fell in this deep water basin that had nylon on top of it and I couldn't swim nor get out so I was basically drowning. Thank God my relatives were around to get me out of there. I can't really learn how to siwm to this day.

On Christmas Day a few years back I thought I could swim to the other side of a beach where a cute little secluded space was alone. I was like 12 and was never a capable swimmer and halfway my dad came and got me and told me I was about to swim in a dangerous area or something. I had my family shook

I was watching tv while eating ice cream
Somehow it went to the air hole thingy and I couldn't breath until my dad hit me so hard on my back and it got out
I literally saw death in front of me itvwas so scary
Like to know your going to die while you're alive is really terrifying
I don't eat ice cream anymore

I wanted to reach to the part were waves didn't "form"(basically in open ocean) and got swallowed by a huge wave
Thank god the good sis returned me to the beach

I nearly fell/rode off a cliff.. It was a school excursion and the brakes of the bike that I was given to ride didn't work..

I nearly got impaled through the chest by a pole

I was gonna get suffocated as a baby because of my umbilical cord...
also one time when I was running, I fell and when I got my head up, there was a short but long enough pole which could get from your eyesocket to your brain (ironic cuz of my avatar)

My dad held me over the balcony as a kid because I wanted to see the firetrucks surrounding the building and he almost dropped me from the 7th floor.

Yes. I was getting up in my motorcycle and a truck hit me. I had 18 stitches around my temple. It was very close to it too.
