So it's commonplace to see a woman's breasts or vagina on TV/Movie nowadays.
But when it's a man's privates it's a BIG DEAL a la Gone Girl.
But why are people shook by a p33n? This is a real discussion y'all. Also, when will an real 'activated' p33n appear on the big screens? Why are the double standard?
I'd say that there's nothing inherently sexual about breasts. They produce milk. Our culture has sexualized them. A penis, however, is explicitly sexual. Same with a vagina. Not to mention that there's also violent connotations surrounding penetration. I think some art shouldn't be subject to censorship but I wouldn't want to start seeing dick everywhere the way that we see breasteses, tbh.
Edit: We don't see vagina everywhere, I disagree there.
I want a more liberated world. But I also think that nudity for the sake of it is boring. If you're not going to do a close up and have the penis or vagina play a part, I don't see the point. It's gratuitous to have nudity when the scene can be done without it.
This is a incorrect, as it compares breasts to penises, which is itself flawed. Chests are chests, it's just that female breasts have been deemed sexual by man.
The correct comparison would be penises and vaginas, and we do not see the latter anymore than we see the former, in film.
Society teaches men to be ashamed of their genitals, it's disgusting. It's why speedos are so taboo in North American beaches. Be proud of your penis and testicles! They are beautiful and wonderful.
