The Korean pop girls do look very similar, I'm Asian, so this is not a 'Asians all look the same' perspective.
When Koreans do plastic surgeries, they are doing them in a very unnatural way to rebuild the whole face.
They actually try to look like white people or at least try to cater to the main stream(western) tastes:
high and long bridge; wide, big and double eyelid eyes; distinct, sharp jaw lines.
The final products are often very different from the original face and it's too manufactured, because these procedures are usually done by the same surgeons in a few famous and good hospitals and clinics.
White people or even Japanese people do plastic surgeries as enhancements to their original face, they keep the good and distinct nature of the original material while fixing the flaws, the results look way more natural, sometimes you can't tell they have had anything done to their face.
I've met actual Koreans in person and know that, although the country has a higher rate of plastic surgery than the rest of the world, it's offensive and stereotypical to assume everyone has had surgery.
