I think people can see the chemistry drake and rihanna have together and would love to buy their album, whereas they can see through beyonce & jay's marriage of convenience and wouldn't be too interested in yet another publicity stunt, especially after the whole becky with the good hair thing.
Drake/Rih would cause a lot of buzz and would be greatly anticipated by stans of both even though they have 4 collabs, people are already use to the idea of Bey/Jay Z together, they have 9 songs together, and from what i've seen on ATRL, beyonce fans don't want a joint album
Pure sales would be a toss up; Bey and Jay are both strong first week openers on their own -- Rih's clearly the weakest link there of the four, but Drake's massive numbers could make up the deficit. Streaming would obviously get Drake and Rih ahead with SPS tho.
