Princess is being anticipated by so many undercover

No shots but shorty hasn’t had a number one hit since the “Promise” offering off her Ciara: The Evolution opus back in December 2008. Ever since then, Ciara’s been in a creative rut that has yet to be explained by her or her team. Or maybe it has and I just wasn’t paying attention because she hasn’t really released anything worth paying attention to.
I don’t know what the hell Fantasy Ride was about, but the delivery of the entire project was cursed from the start. My rant on Ciara’s whereabouts isn’t a form of hate, but a form of concern. CiCi obviously is a commodity in the R&B/Pop realm, but her absence is troubling me and her fans as well.
Rumblings of a new project started back in September of 2009 when Tricky Stewart, The-Dream’s production partner, hinted that he and Mr. Nash were handling production duties for the new LP.
Later on, those rumbling were ignited again when Stewart confirmed that he and his Radio Killa partner would be executive producing the entire project. The-Dream recently stated via his Twitter page that the lead single, which might see the light of day come April is a mid-tempo number. The untitled project is now slated for a Summer release.
So, with news of Ciara making her return this Spring/Summer what are you expecting from the ATL princess? Will this be her best project ever? Has she lost our attention?
Personally, I’m eager to find out what the Princess has been up to. Are you?
