Both of those events are not focused on music and Gaga was not the main focus of these shows
I don't think Gaga was even in the promos for the 2015 Oscars or Emmys and she literally appeared at the Emmys for 2 minutes
And AHS' Live+3 ratings were actually up from last season, which is what's really important since FX doesn't care about live ratings anymore, since their target audience doesn't really watch TV in general

Because performers dont give a **** and it looks like an expensive karaoke instead if an awards show. Thank god we still have Beyoncé and hopefully Gaga next year. Wether you like her or hate her, no one can deny that Gaga delivers at the VMAs, from the outfits to the performances to the speeches she is one of the few who knows how to entertain in an awards show
