I don't think this really makes any sense. If a woman in such a case is not willing to give names she will just say it was a ons and she does not know the name, no?
idk, i just think that if a woman doesn't want to say who the father is (she obviously doesn't want to if she needs to go to court because of it), she can just say she doesn't know, or that it was just a one night stand and she doesn't even know his full name or something, anyway.
if you don't believe your wife/girlfriend you should just take a paternity test as soon as possible, instead of wanting your money back after years of paying for the child...
